Our Commitment

Freely You Have Received, Freely Give

Heal the sick, raise the dead, cleanse those who have leprosy, drive out demons. Freely you have received; freely give.
— Matthew 10:8 (NIV)

This verse sits at the foundation of everything we do. What we have been given — the Word of God, the gift of faith, the tools to study Scripture — we did not earn. They were given to us freely, by grace. And so we give freely in return.

Strength in the Word is, and will always remain, free to use. No subscription. No paywall. No premium tier that locks away features. Every tool on this platform — the Bible reader, the Strong's Concordance, the notes, the glossary, the timeline, the devotional — is available to every user, without cost.

Why We May Ask for Donations

Running this platform has real costs — servers, databases, email services, domain registration, and the time invested in building and maintaining it. These costs are currently carried personally, out of a conviction that the ministry comes first and the money follows.

At some point, as the platform grows and those costs grow with it, we may invite users who are able and willing to contribute toward the operational costs. If and when that time comes, any donation will be entirely voluntary — a gift, not a fee. No feature will ever be placed behind a donation requirement. No user will ever be made to feel that their access depends on their ability to give.

What We Will Never Do

The Word of God does not belong to us. We are merely stewards of a tool that helps people encounter it. That stewardship comes with a responsibility to keep the door open — wide open — for anyone who wants to come in and study.

So come. Study freely. And if the day comes when you feel moved to give something back, that invitation will be extended with the same spirit in which this platform was built — freely, and without compulsion.

Strength in the Word is operated by Reborn Group as a ministry initiative.
